Other Information:Westell's In-Building Design Services Terms and Conditions Included Services This project includes up to three design revisions, iBwave Level 3 certified design services, and technical support during the design review process. iBwave Design Package The iBwave design package includes: an iBwave design file (.ibw format), PDF design documentation, 3D building modeling, RF link budget (Excel format), riser diagrams, power output maps, equipment list report (Excel format), a cover page containing outlined codes used in the design, tower and frequency information, and battery calculations for active equipment (Westell to provide specifications per device). A Closeout Package will also be provided which may include datasheets for all components used in the design, bleed out map, DXF output files, and additional RF link budget exercises that may be required by customer's jurisdiction not covered in this document. Excluded Services and Additional Charges The following services are not included and require separate agreements: CAD/Revit/BIM work, permitting services, Professional Engineer (PE) stamps, site surveys and physical walk-throughs, installation services, and project management beyond the design phase. Additional revisions beyond the three included revisions will be subject to our standard hourly rates. Any services outside the included scope or modifications to original requirements will be addressed through separate change orders with associated timeline and cost implications. Lead Times Standard lead time is 10 business days, while expedited lead time is less than 10 business days from receipt of all required site information and technical specifications. Purchase Order Terms You will be provided a Design Services quote before the start of your design. The request is not considered officially submitted until payment information is collected, valid, and all requested project information is received.
